The costume consisted of black dress pants and shirt, a black cape with hood, a black native medicine bag worn around the shoulder, a native american war tomohawk and a custom mountain mans hunting knife worn at the waste. Officer Shyrez of the Kirksville Police Department responded to a call that a strange man wearing a costume was in the parking lot near the Bank of Kirksville and attempted to arrest White Sr for carrying a concealed weapon but due to the lawyer White Sr aspired to be that morning no arrest was made and all charges were dropped.
